General Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These general terms apply to use of pacs.onl and provide the general framework for software, demonstrations, and related services offered by Tanj Itech Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including RDx PACS. Service-specific terms may also apply when you order or activate a product.
Signed client agreements take precedence. If you or your organisation have signed an agreement with Tanj Itech Private Limited, that agreement and its incorporated schedules, order forms, service levels, and data-processing terms govern the services covered by it. If these general terms conflict with that agreement, the signed agreement takes precedence to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law. These general terms apply only to the extent consistent with that agreement and do not amend or replace it.
Using the website and requesting services
Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to make the relevant request or commitment on its behalf. Sending an enquiry or requesting a demonstration does not by itself create a paid service contract.
Website descriptions, feature lists, pricing, and estimates are general information. The services, deployment, supported integrations, capacity, and deliverables for a client are those confirmed in the applicable order or agreement. Do not rely on an unconfirmed feature or future roadmap item as a contractual commitment.
Accounts, access, and acceptable use
Use accounts and software only within the permissions and licence granted to you. You are responsible for authorised users, accurate account details, credential security, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
- Do not access another client’s data or systems without authority, bypass access controls, or misuse shared study links.
- Do not introduce malware, disrupt services, perform unauthorised security testing, or use the services for unlawful activity.
- Do not upload or disclose information you are not entitled to provide, or infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not copy, resell, distribute, or reverse engineer our software except as permitted by your licence or applicable law.
Client data and confidentiality
As between you and us, you retain your rights in client-provided images, records, reports, and other content. You authorise the processing reasonably needed to deliver the agreed services. You are responsible for the lawful collection, use, sharing, and accuracy of that content, including required patient notices and permissions.
Confidentiality, data access, hosting, retention, backups, exports, deletion, and optional integrations are subject to the applicable agreement and service configuration. Our Privacy Policy explains general personal-information handling. Do not upload patient information to public enquiry channels.
Clinical responsibility and assisted features
Use each product only for its documented intended purpose and within any applicable limitations. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for patient care, image interpretation, report approval, and clinical decisions. AI-generated text, transcription, measurements, and other assisted outputs must be checked by appropriately qualified users before clinical use.
Website content and demonstrations are general product information and do not provide patient-specific medical advice. Clients are responsible for suitable workflows, user training, and any required validation of their environment and integrations.
Fees, subscriptions, and commercial terms
Fees, taxes, payment schedules, licence duration, usage allowances, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the applicable signed agreement, accepted order, or service-specific terms presented before purchase. A website estimate does not override those terms. Any change to contracted commercial terms must follow the applicable agreement.
Availability, support, and third-party services
Availability commitments, maintenance arrangements, response times, implementation work, and support scope are those expressly agreed for the service. Operation may depend on your hardware, network, internet access, configuration, and third-party systems. Unless expressly included in your agreement, the website does not establish a particular uptime guarantee, backup service, disaster-recovery commitment, or support response time.
Third-party software, hosting, payment services, integrations, and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy notices. Applicable third-party and open-source licences continue to govern those components.
Intellectual property
Our software, website content, branding, and related materials belong to Tanj Itech Private Limited or the relevant licensors. Access to the website or services does not transfer ownership of those materials. Any right to use software is limited to the applicable licence or agreement.
Suspension, termination, and data exit
Suspension, termination, and related notice or remedy periods are governed by the applicable agreement or service-specific terms and law. We may restrict access as reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, unauthorised access, or an immediate security threat, subject to those requirements.
Before a service ends, arrange any required data export and continuity of operations under the agreed process. Post-termination access, retention, deletion, and assistance depend on the applicable agreement and legal obligations; indefinite storage or access is not promised by this page.
Warranties and liability
Any service warranties, remedies, indemnities, and limitations of liability are those in the applicable agreement or service-specific terms, subject to applicable law. We take reasonable care with website information, but do not guarantee that general website content is complete, current, or free from errors. Nothing in these general terms excludes liability, statutory rights, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and resolving concerns
These general terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory applicable law. Any dispute-resolution process and jurisdiction agreed in a signed client agreement govern disputes under that agreement. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; this does not restrict any statutory remedy.
Changes to these general terms
We may update these terms and show the revised date on this page. Updates apply prospectively to the extent permitted by law and any required notice or acceptance process. Publishing revised website terms does not amend an existing signed client agreement; amendments to it must follow its agreed process.
