Tanj Itech Private Limited

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains how Tanj Itech Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with pacs.onl, RDx PACS, our related software and services, business enquiries, advertising, onboarding, and support.

For onboarded clients: The signed agreement between Tanj Itech Private Limited and the client, including any data-processing or confidentiality terms, governs the specific services and handling of client data. If this general policy conflicts with those terms, the signed agreement takes precedence to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law. Neither this policy nor an agreement limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information we handle

Why we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries; provide demonstrations and quotations; set up and administer accounts, licences, subscriptions, and payments; deliver and maintain agreed services; provide support; troubleshoot problems; protect accounts and systems; and meet applicable legal and record-keeping obligations.

We may use business contact details to communicate about relevant products and services, subject to applicable requirements and your communication preferences. Website usage information helps us understand and improve the website and advertising. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant use; visiting this page alone does not provide consent for unrelated processing.

Patient information and client responsibilities

Hospitals, diagnostic centres, radiologists, and other clients decide what patient information they provide and who may access it. They are responsible for having the necessary authority, notices, permissions, and lawful basis for doing so. Where we process patient information on a client’s behalf, we do so for the agreed services and in accordance with the applicable agreement and lawful instructions.

Storage location, access arrangements, retention, backups, exports, deletion, and any optional AI or transcription processing depend on the contracted service and configuration. This policy does not promise a particular hosting location, retention period, or feature. Confirm those details in your service agreement before providing patient information.

If you are a patient seeking access, correction, or deletion of records held by your healthcare provider, contact that provider first. We can assist the relevant client as required by our agreement and applicable law.

Please use approved channels: Do not send patient records, DICOM studies, credentials, or other sensitive information through public enquiry forms, Meta lead forms, or general WhatsApp sales enquiries. Use the authorised service or an agreed support channel.

Cookies, analytics, and lead advertisements

The website uses Google Tag Manager and analytics tools to understand page visits and interactions, including clicks on contact and pricing links. Cookies or similar technologies may be used by those tools. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some features. Where required, optional tracking is subject to consent.

If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta shares the information you submit with us so we can respond. Meta, Google, WhatsApp, payment providers, and other external services also process information under their own privacy notices when you use their services.

Sharing and processing locations

Information may be accessed by authorised personnel and providers supporting hosting, storage, communications, payments, analytics, security, or customer support, as needed for the relevant purpose. Optional integrations, including AI and transcription providers, may receive the inputs needed for the enabled workflow, subject to the applicable service terms and client agreement.

We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights and security of our clients, users, and services. We do not sell personal information or share sales leads with unrelated businesses for their own direct marketing.

Depending on the service and providers involved, information may be processed in India or other countries, subject to applicable legal requirements and any agreed location restrictions.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients and users must protect credentials and manage access to their accounts and systems.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, service, support, security, or legal purpose. Client content is subject to agreed retention and deletion arrangements; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or disputes, and backup deletion may follow the applicable backup cycle.

Your choices, requests, and concerns

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, opt out of marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Requests are handled subject to applicable law, identity verification, and any relevant client relationship. Withdrawing consent may affect services that depend on that processing and does not undo earlier lawful processing.

Our business services are intended for organisations and authorised users, rather than children signing up independently. Patient records involving children must be handled through an authorised healthcare client and the applicable permissions.

Contact us

For privacy requests or concerns, contact Tanj Itech Private Limited at contact@tanjitech.in. Please describe your request without including patient records or other sensitive attachments in an initial enquiry.

Changes to this policy

We may update this general policy and will show the revised date on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Website updates do not amend a signed client agreement; changes to that agreement follow its own amendment provisions.
